News Bytes, June 2001Group Meeting Notesby James N. Thames |
The Austin Seth Group met on Sunday, June 17, 2001 at 3:00pm. The meeting took place at Eileen Glover's House located out on the northwestern shores of Lake Travis in the area's beautiful hill country. Sarah Pasch announced that this would be her last meeting as she will be moving to Chicago to be with one of her children. The rest of the group wishes her well and every success in her endeavors possible. Stay in touch, Sarah!
There was another matter related to Sarah's departure which also related to some recent correspondence I had with Shawn Regan concerning supplemental information for our group's listing at his Seth Talk website on Geocities. The matter concerns the group's listed contact person on that web page. The group then agreed to me contacting Shawn Regan once more and replacing Sarah Pasch's contact info with mine.
As for discussion on other subjects, we generally talk about the practical application of the Seth/Jane material in our daily lives. All of us are individuals, each at her or his own stage of personal development. These discussions, then, tend to air extremely personal information within the group. I don't intend to be providing any very specific notes on subjects of that nature. I will, however, do my best to touch on some general subject areas we've discussed at these meetings.
A quick list would include Quantum Computing, how to manifest the reality you want, how to avoid manifesting the reality you don't want, and the feel of the "times" - we all feel a change in the mass consciousness of humanity on planet Earth coming on, you know.
We also discussed some future material for the web site here. In that Eileen and Mary Lee were both involved with Dr. Maude Cardwell and the Austin Seth Center back in the 1980s (from which Seth Network International grew), they have a collection of memorbilia from the ASC days - some of which could possibly be put on display here.
For starters, we are thinking about putting up some articles from the Reality Change magazine that was published back in ASC days. We're still working on it. In the meantime, Eileen let me scan a picture of her and Robert Butts. There will be more later, but for now, I have Eileen's permission to display that Polaroid here:
